Laughlin, NV - Joel Coen’s Fine Dining Restaurant has opened at Laughlin’s Edgewater Casino. The restaurant is on the casino’s second floor and overlooks the Colorado River.
The menu features American cuisine with a Southwest flair. Entrees include options such as pepper-crusted New York strip steak, pan-seared salmon, and cowboy ribeye.
There is also an extensive wine list, featuring wines from California and around the world.
